Presentation

The graphic is presented as a vertical timeline on a background photo of the bridge over the water. The process graphic is displayed on the top of the photo against the sky. Each process step is presented in a column under "Project Initiation". Each step is inside a dark blue rounded rectangle with the title of the step and the explanation below. On the left side of each rectangle is a downward pointing arrow that starts with a circle at the top of the rectangle and ends with an arrow point at the bottom of the rectangle. Each rectangle is equidistant from the next.

To the right of the process steps is a column titled "Consultation". This column contains all the outputs of each step. Each output has an icon next to it and text inside a blue background. The blues are different shades, but the shades do not appear to hold meaning. Each icon is connected to the step rectangle with a dark blue line. Some steps do not have any outputs, as detailed in the "Values" section above.

The icons are as follows:

  • Notice of Study Commencement and Notice of Completion: envelope with a blue notification circle icon in the top right corner.
  • Agency and Stakeholder Group Meetings and Agency Meetings: Three people at a table having a conversation.
  • Bridge Advisory Group Meeting: A laptop computer screen showing a quadrant of four people in a remote meeting.
  • Council Meeting: A person speaking behind a lectern with another person speaking standing up in in front.
  • Public Information Centre: Two conversation bubbles.
  • Community Information Sharing Sessions: Three people connected by a circle, with a conversation bubble in the middle.
  • Design Construction Report 30 Day Review: A document with lines on it and a pen in front.
